First payment

If Ledger does not work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you will get it in full, no questions asked.

Founding-member pre-orders

Pre-orders placed before launch are fully refundable at any time until launch. Reply to your receipt or any email from us and we will refund you in full.

Renewals

You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Renewals are not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires it or the service was unavailable for a significant part of the period.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, and refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
